The Process

To get started, you will need to fill out a short form to confirm my availability for your wedding day. (This form is also applicable to anyone still browsing videographers and just looking to check availability). After submission, keep an eye on your email. As long as I am available for your wedding day, in response to your confirmation request I will email you the three next steps you need to take in order to secure your wedding date. Your date will be held for one week after I have replied to your request, but released if the three steps have not been completed within the seven days.

With the standard option being an online questionnaire, you can also request a phone call or in-person chat in it’s place - I will need to get a list of questions answered prior to your wedding day. These are detail-focused questions that will need to be answered as your big day nears. I will send you this questionnaire after you’ve secured your date, followed by a reminder to fill it out one month prior to your wedding day (filling it out sooner is welcome!).

As soon as your wedding day schedule is good to go, send it over! That’s often only a week before the wedding and that’s okay. I’ll look it over and reach out with any final questions I may have.

You will be prompted to upload the file when filling out the questionnaire in case it is ready at that time.

After the wedding is when my work really starts. I ask my couples to be patient as I carefully piece together this keepsake. You should expect the completed product to be delivered 6-12 weeks after your wedding day. I will send it to you for feedback, where you will have 1 week to make adjustment requests.
